Stroke is the 2nd most common cause of death and the 3rd cause of physical disability in adults in the world. In the middle- and low-income countries, 70% of the stroke lead to death or severe disability. Recently, the incidence rate of stroke has been increasing dramatically more than double in these countries. However, At the same time the reported stroke cases had been significantly decreasing by 42% in high- income countries.
Subarachnoid hemorrhage is the most critical subtype of strokes, which is caused by hemorrhage into the area surrounding the brain. The bleeding into the (subarachnoid space) between meninges layers (pia mater and arachnoid mater) could happen because of and aneurysm rupture or skull injury.

Overview: Stroke are the second global major source of fatal injury . It can be happened due to the blockage in one of the brain arteries, which may prevent blood supply to the brain tissue . About 87% of the majority stroke are ischemic stroke . The main cause of the ischemic stroke is the narrowing in the arteries . There are two types of ischemic stroke, the first one is an embolic stroke, which is created outside the brain and transfer from the body to the brain by the bloodstream. The second one is the thrombotic stroke that performed inside one of the arteries directly supplying the brain .
